* before felting
* after felting
. . . the latest felt bag for my (upcoming) website. the yarn used was an icelandic wool and an alpaca. i think it was a great fiber combination for felting -- the alpaca felts in the blink of an eye.
i'm still deciding on that perfect button, and i have to knit the button loop, and probably sew a fabric lining.
wouldn't you prefer a lining loaded with pockets for all your stuff?
i know i do. . .

Love the bag. I don't really carry much, so pockets aren't really needed. Most of customers however, like pockets and have requested them. So what I did was I made sort of like a zippered loose pocket that I just sewed the top part on the inside of the bag. They liked it and it is a lot easier to do. Hope it helps.
thanks dani.
i've got several ideas i'm thinking of.
I like pockets to keep small things from slipping to the bottom and becoming invisible. Love that bag you made there. :) The colors suit for nearly everything.
