this is the one show that i eagerly await each season
but for some reason, mcqueen's spring collections just don't excite me as much as the fall. . .


this time his theme was environmentalism
does having taxidermic animals lining one's runway make one an environmentalist ??
. . .or taking one's final bow dressed in a bunny costume ??


i must say, that i do like the silk wood grain print & the others i've shown above
& the fringe dress is exquisite

at first look i wasn't too thrilled with nicholas ghesquiere's space age collection
but after studying it further, it has really grown on me
especially how he has cut & constructed some of the pieces
& i must admit, there is a part of me that secretly likes shine & glitter. . .
